Payment methods
The following payment methods are available

We have security systems in place for all existing payment methods so that there is never an unreliable transaction.
Order dispatch
Orders are dispatched and delivered by hand to the shipping address. These shipments normally take between 48 and 72 hours, except for items with a longer delivery time. In the event of a stock shortage, we will contact the customer in order to resolve the situation in the best possible way.
In a 'normal' shipment to mainland Portugal and the islands, the transport company usually delivers the items to the shipping address. If the customer is not at that address when the carrier passes by, a postcard will be left for the customer to arrange a new delivery with the carrier.
All charges are paid only once per order, even if several deliveries are made.
The shipping costs will be calculated automatically by the website before the customer confirms their order, and there may be variations depending on the place of delivery and the type of item.
It should be noted that on delivery, the customer must check the condition of the packaging and the contents, submitting the claim to the carrier at the time where applicable.
