Returns and exchanges

If you wish to exchange or return an item you must contact Customer Service at info@naideva.com within 14 days of receipt.

Never send back an item without prior notice.

The exchange of items must respect the following conditions, at the risk of being refused:

• Refund in good condition, both of the item and its packaging, accompanied by its invoice.
• The refund of the amount associated with the returned product(s), excluding shipping and/or collection costs, will be made by bank transfer to an account indicated by the customer.
