Right of Withdrawal (European Union Consumers)
For the purposes of this policy, "withdrawal", "return" and "return request" refer to the exercise of the legal right of free resolution when applicable.
We accept exchanges or returns of your purchase up to 14 days after receipt.
To start the exchange or return process, you must log into your customer account (https://account.naidevahome.com), access the corresponding order and use the available option to request a return. After submitting the request, you will receive an automatic confirmation by email.

Return of Products
After the exchange or return request, you must return the products following the provided instructions. Please note that you should never send a product without prior notice.
Items must be returned in their original condition, without signs of use beyond what is necessary to verify their nature, characteristics and functioning, and, whenever possible, in the original packaging.
Unless otherwise stated, the return shipping and associated costs are the responsibility of the customer.
Refunds
After receiving and inspecting the returned products, the refund will be made using the same payment method used in the purchase. The refund processing may take between 1 to 2 weeks.
Exceptions to the Right of Return
It is not possible to exchange or return personalized, altered or washed products. The item must be in the same condition as you received it, without signs of use.
Additionally, King Size or Super King Size items are produced exclusively to order, as stated in their description, and are therefore not eligible for return or exchange.
