A exchange or return will only be accepted if the product is returned to us in perfect condition, both the item and its packaging, accompanied by its invoice.
For the exchange or return the product should be sent to our warehouse or if you wish we can collect it from your home at shipping cost. Please note, never send us a product without prior notice.
